The aim of the Biokinetic Humanitarian Project (BHP) is to foster physical activity in underprivileged communities around South Africa through fundamental exercise testing/screening and exercise prescription. The initiative is open to all students, communities and health professionals who would like to volunteer their assistance on any capacity. This is a perfect opportunity to give back to the community in an 'active' way.

The BHP is a non-profit organisation and will commence in January 2013 in all regions of South Africa.

The benefits of BHP:

- Enhance well-being of individuals.
- Awareness and Knowledge of Health and Exercise is limited.
- Interest and Initiative is limited – due to financial and socio-economic constraints.
- Maintenance of general health is important – individuals know where they stand with regards to their health every year.

Come and show your support and assistance to one of the most dynamic and active community projects yet to come.
